Enough is enough, I do not want to sit back anymore and do nothing, leaving it up to other people to do what I feel. This latest group of animals had no sense of fear of the outcome for their actions. I feel that the title alone for their actions that will go before the courts assault should be escalated to one of torturing an infant.

You should be promoting castration of all criminals. Plastic cable ties are clean and quick. It would only take a half dozen prominent ones and the word would get round the criminal community that quickly the problem would be solved over night. Dont be surprised if a vigilanty group surfaces anytime soon.
