Background
From Southland Times story 19th November 2010
Zane Sterling Berry Williams, 43, builder, of Gore, was sentenced to nine months' home detention, 250 hours' community work and ordered to pay $3000 emotional harm reparation on three charges of doing an indecent act on a girl under 16 and indecent assault between February 13, 2004 and July 19 last year. There were two victims to Williams' offending. Judge Phillips said Williams described his offending as taking things too far, and had little insight into the effect it would have on his victims.
