Background
The victim was in the care of Teko. The victim had gone with Teko and his daughter to play rugby. After the game Teko had been drinking at a clubhouse while the girls played together. Teko then took the children to a friend's house but they left later in the night and went back to the Teko's cabin in a caravan park where he resided. They had all gone to bed together and that was when Teko raped and performed oral sex on the victim.
