Background
Found guilty by a jury in the Manukau District Court. Tavo took his partner's 13 year old sister for a drive so she could show him where the dairy was. Although Tavo did drive to the dairy, he drove past it and stopped somewhere else. Tavo then masturbated in front of the complainant and eventually he ejaculated.
