The offence happened while staying in sister's home with other guests staying overnight. He went into the children's room to retrieve a spare blanket from the bunk bed then allegedly reached inside the covers in the top bunk and indecently assaulted the young complainant. Parker admitted to accidentally touching the young girl's leg when reaching for the blanket blanket but denied touching the complainant sexually
