Background
The victim had been to a party where she drank alcohol and smoked drugs. Afterwards the victim and some friends were picked up by Mano and an associate and went for a drive. The victim's friends left but she stayed. The victim, Mano and the driver all walked to the driver's home together. That was when Mano raped the victim.
