Background
Gibb moved into a campervan then became closely involved with children who resided at the caravan park. He would encourage the children to come to his cabin, allow them to watch TV. Gibb befriended the victim's mother and encouraged her to visit his cabin. She frequently visited him and the offending went on from there.
