A New Plymouth man has been convicted of having sexual intercourse with, and indecently assaulting, a 13-year-old girl. Craig Fawkner (23), a truck driver, pleaded guilty in the New Plymouth District Court on Tuesday and will appear on September 3 for sentencing.
