Information from The New Zealand Paedophile and Sex Offender Index, New 2004 Edition
Pleaded guilty to nine charges of indecent assault and one of sexual violation by unlawful sexual connection involving eight boys. England met most of the victims through for disadvantaged youths. He invited them to stay at his home, plied them with alcohol and when they were asleep molested them. In 1989 England had been convicted and jailed on two charges of indecent assault on two girls aged 3-4.
