Background
Delaurier, said to be addicted to pornography, took indecent photogrpahs of two girls aged five and nine as they slept. He was babysitting the girls as he had been a friend of their deceased father. The offending only came to light when his girlfriend found the negatives. He had taken 72 photos and had intended to sell them.
