This offender had several victims, and was quite unrepentant about it according to Dominion Post news reports even after his arrest. He had previous convictions in 1969, 1974, and 1982 (had been abusing a 13 year old Wellington boy for two years) all described in detail in feature article in the Dominion Post October 2nd 2003.
