Background
Tunnicliffe had boarded with the family of the victim. The offending involved inducing the victim to perform fellatio and having forced vaginal intercourse including on one occasion the victim and Tunnicliffe were alone in the house, Tunnicliffe entered the bathroom when the victim was in the shower, Tunnicliffe kissed her and raped her.
