This Listener article has a brief summary of this case
September 2008 and August 2009: Tisha Lowry, 28, disappeared in September 2008. Her neighbour Jason Somerville was one of the volunteers who helped with the police search. It was only after Somerville’s wife, Rebecca Chamberlain, 35, disappeared in August 2009 that Lowry’s body was found. It was buried under Somerville’s home alongside his wife.
Somerville had strangled both women then had sex with their bodies before burying them under his Christchurch home.
