Background
The victim returned home to find her front door was smashed open. She reported this to police but nothing had been stolen. Two days later Pohe knocked on her door and she answered the door mistakenly thinking it was one of her friends. Pohe was partially naked (upper body). He tried to get into the victim's house but she managed to prevent him from entering. She then called the police but Pohe broke into her house while the victim was on the phone, he assaulted her and tried to rape her.
