Black Power gang member Kevin Francis Moore junior was sentenced to 12 month's jail on a charge of unlawful sexual connection of a girl aged between 12 and 16 when he appeared in the New Plymouth court on Wednesday. Moore, 24, of Bell Block, had faced a charge of rape but that was amended last month.
