Background
Court of Appeal decision here details his full and extensive offending history.
From the Evening Post December 1999
A 21-year-old man has admitted his role in two knifepoint robberies at the Wadestown Dairy this year. Fraser Wilson Jenkins pleaded guilty in Hamilton District Court yesterday to two charges of aggravated robbery. He was remanded in custody to be sentenced on February 18. The Wadestown Dairy was robbed on July 24 and August 30. Four offenders - including one armed with a 40cm knife - entered the dairy on both occasions and took cash and cigarettes. Yesterday's court appearance followed Jenkins being interviewed by Wellington police in Hamilton. Wellington detectives will continue to hunt for other people involved in the robberies.
