Information from The New Zealand Paedophile and Sex Offender Index, New 2004 Edition
Horton sexually abused a girl who had run away from a home for sexually abused girls. The complainant, with two other runaways, was sleeping out when Horton took them to his home. During the next several nights he made at least one sexual advance towards the complainant and tried to rape her.
