Two brothers were yesterday jailed life for murdering a man who disturbed them burgling his house. The jury of 10 women and two men in the High Court at Auckland to exactly an hour to find Charlie Henry, aged 22, and Moses Henry, 19, guilty of the murder of Murray Scott Russell, 44, outside his Mt Albert home early on May 2. Mr Justice Temm sentenced the brothers, both unemployed and both from St Lukes in Auckland, to mandatory life imprisonment.
