Stood trial on a number of charges involving sexual violation and unlawful sexual intercourse. He pleaded guilty to unlawful sexual intercourse with one 15 year old girl but was acquitted of raping her. He was acquitted on all charges of involving a second girl. Davis pleaded guilty to unlawful intercourse with a third 15 year old girl but was found guilty of raping her. Over varying periods all the complainants were part-time workers at Davis's business.
