Background
The Court of Appeal was told the victim was detained by Bishop at the gang headquarters after she gave him and Attwood a ride home. The victim was dragged on the ground, beaten and raped by Attwood, Bishop and several other men. She eventually escaped from the premises but was shocked from climbing over the electric fence. The victim was bruised extensively over her body.
